随拍随记是一款用于拍照记录、整理备注并生成 PDF 记录的移动应用。我们重视您的隐私， 本政策说明应用如何使用权限、处理数据以及您可以如何联系我们。

我们收集的信息

应用主要在您的设备本地处理记录数据，包括您创建的记录、照片、备注、时间信息以及导出的 PDF 文件。除非您主动通过系统分享功能发送内容，应用不会将这些照片、备注或 PDF 上传到 我们的服务器。

权限使用

• 相机权限：用于在应用内拍摄记录照片。
• 定位权限：在您启用记录地址功能时，用于为应用内拍摄的照片记录保存大致城市或区域名称。导入照片时，应用也可能尝试读取照片文件中已有的位置元数据；如果没有可用位置或坐标无效，则不会保存地址。
• 照片和相册：在 Android 上，导入照片通过系统照片选择器完成，应用不会请求访问整个照片或视频库。保存照片到设备相册时，系统可能要求授予添加到相册所需的权限。在 iOS 上，系统也可能按需要请求照片库访问或添加权限。
• 麦克风和语音识别权限：用于语音转文字备注功能。
• 网络权限：用于系统支持的功能，例如地址反向解析、语音识别、分享支持或应用平台服务。

数据存储与分享

记录、照片文件和 PDF 文件保存在您的设备本地存储中。您可以选择通过系统分享面板分享照片 或 PDF；分享时，接收方和目标应用由您自己选择。我们不会控制第三方应用接收后的数据处理。

应用内购买

如果您通过应用商店购买付费功能，付款由 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 等应用商店处理。 我们不会收集或保存您的完整付款卡信息。

第三方服务

应用可能使用操作系统、应用商店或 Expo/React Native 相关服务来提供权限、照片选择、分享、 语音识别以及定位/地址解析等能力。这些服务可能按照其各自的隐私政策处理必要信息。

儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。如果您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息， 请联系我们，我们会采取合理措施处理。

数据删除

您可以在应用内删除记录，或通过卸载应用删除保存在本地的应用数据。对于您主动分享给第三方应用 或服务的内容，请根据对应第三方服务的规则管理或删除。

Snap & Note Privacy Policy

Snap & Note is a mobile app for photo-based records, notes, and PDF exports. This policy explains how the app uses permissions, handles data, and how you can contact us.

Information We Handle

The app primarily processes your records on your device, including records, photos, notes, timestamps, and exported PDF files. Unless you choose to share content through the system share sheet, the app does not upload your photos, notes, or PDFs to our servers.

Permissions

• Camera: used to capture photos inside the app.
• Location: used, when enabled by you, to save an approximate city or area name with photo records captured inside the app. Imported photos may use embedded photo location metadata if it is available; unavailable or invalid coordinates are not saved as an address.
• Photos and gallery: on Android, photo import uses the system photo picker and the app does not request broad photo or video library access. Saving a photo to your gallery may request add-only gallery access where required by the operating system. On iOS, the system may request photo library access or add-only access as needed.
• Microphone and speech recognition: used for speech-to-text notes.
• Internet: used for system-supported features such as reverse geocoding, speech recognition, sharing support, or app platform services.

Storage and Sharing

Records, image files, and PDF files are stored locally on your device. You may choose to share photos or PDFs through the system share sheet. The destination app or recipient is selected by you, and we do not control how third-party apps handle shared content.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase paid features through an app store, payment is processed by app stores such as Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.

Third-Party Services

The app may use operating system, app store, or Expo/React Native related services for permissions, photo picking, sharing, speech recognition, and location/geocoding features. These services may process necessary information under their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take reasonable action.

Data Deletion

You can delete records in the app or uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data. Content that you choose to share with third-party apps or services should be managed or deleted according to those third parties' policies.
